Sona is a certified Nutritional Therapist and is a member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the Association of Naturopathic Nutrition (ANP). Sona specializes in Hormonal Health and Stress Management.
Sona truly believes in an “we are what we eat” approach. She encourages clients to ditch diets and enjoy delicious, nutritious, real wholefoods. She is passionate about nutrition and her goal is to empower people in their journey to health and a healthy lifestyle. Her aim is to educate people in natural remedies, nutrition and lifestyle changes and the positive impacts these can have on health and wellbeing.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, walking and yoga.
