Marta is a qualified osteopath and physiotherapist. By combining osteopathic techniques and clinical reasoning with rehab skills, she adapts her treatment to meet the individual needs of each patient. She formulates a tailor-made plan to speed-up recovery and believes that a good treatment should not only tackle the symptoms, but also identify the cause of an ailment, to maximise the benefit for patients.
She obtained her Physiotherapy degree from Jagiellonian University in Poland in 2010, and completed a Master’s degree in Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy in London. Whilst there she wrote her dissertation on the effects of osteopathy on hip replacement patients’ quality of life. She has several years experience practicing in Poland and UK, working closely with other osteopaths, chiropractors and physiotherapists in multidisciplinary clinics.
Outside of treating, Marta is a keen tennis player and enjoys hiking in Cornwall, and the Tatra’s in Poland.
