Joel Hamilton (M.Ost, BA) is a registered Osteopath with over a decade of clinical experience. Joel has worked in a diverse number of environments including charity clinics, gyms, offices, music festivals and film sets and working with everyone from homeless, dancers, elite sports professionals to Hollywood film stars.
Joel says,
“My approach involves thorough assessments of individuals’ movement patterns and breathing patterns, as imbalances within these systems often causes or contribute to pain and dysfunction. By identifying and addressing these imbalances, we can significantly improve function and reduce pain.
If you’re interested in building on the progress made during the session, we can create a video demonstrating the specific corrective exercises that will help improve your condition.”
He continues to study and has specialist interests in breathing, movement (biomechanics) and stress. He is qualified in Medical Acupuncture, Sports Massage, Neurokinetic Therapy and Selective Functional Movement Assessment and many more (listed below).
